To add a CNAME record click on the ‘Add New Record’ button, then select the desired domain from the ‘Hostname’ drop-down menu. If the record will be added for a domain, leave the field before the drop-down menu empty. If it is a subdomain, type in the subdomain name.
Example: to add a record for my-best-domain.com – just select it from the ‘Hostnames’ menu. To add a record for webmail.my-best-domain.com – type “webmail” and select “my-best-domain.com” from the menu. Select “CNAME” type of the record from the Type menu, then write down its value in the ‘Value’ field below. Example: for CNAME the value should look like: ghs.google.com (or other hostname)Optionally, you can adjust the TTL settings. Click on the “Add” button to add your new CNAME record.
