In order to FTP connect with your browser, just open the following address:
ftp://ftpuser:ftppassword@my-best-domain.com
If you still have problems connecting by FTP, it is possible that your outgoing TCP port 21 is blocked by your local firewall or Internet service provider. Try contacting them for more information.
