How to change the path for an FTP account?

Each FTP account can only access folders and files located inside a specified directory. To change this directory and to assign a lower or higher access level to the FTP account, you need to modify the account’s path.

You can do that by clicking on the folder, listed in the “Path” column for the selected FTP account. A new pop up will open, from where you will be able to enter the new access folder for the account. You can use the “Browse” button to navigate to the needed folder.

To give an FTP account access to all files and folders, use “/www” as path.
