To create a export your database, access the phpMyAdmin tool via the phpMyAdmin icon right next to your database name. Once you login, select the database from the left frame and click on the Export button that will appear at the top of the central frame.
You can select to export all tables of the database or certain ones. Choose the preferred file format (the default is .SQL), check the “Save as file” option and whether the file should be compressed or not.
Click Go and you will have the option to save the file on your computer.
