Email accounts quick controls explained

The table on the Email Manager page contains a list of all email accounts created under this hosting account. For your convenience, there are some quick controls, for easy and faster management – available both as right-click context menus for each email address and as shortcuts in the emails table.

Hosts drop-down menu – it allows you to view the email accounts for certain domain only or view them for all domains at once.
Email Account column – this is the list of the email accounts. If you click on a mailbox, it shows a popup window with important information like the Mail Server Username, as well as the Incoming and the Outgoing mail servers – this information is required when you wish to setup the email account on a mail client like Outlook.
Below is the Webmail Autologin feature, which will automatically access the mailbox, using the preferred webmail client.
Catchall – this column shows which mailbox has the Catchall functionality activated. A catch-all email address will direct any email messages sent to an email account that does not exist on your domain name to a designated email account.
To enable the Catchall for a mailbox, just click on the icon () in the Catchall column, next to the desired mailbox. You can disable the Catchall with another click on the icon () in the column.
Forward – it shows the number of forwardings that each email account has and also allows you to quickly add a forwarding, using the “plus” icon (). To view all forwardings for certain mailbox, just click on the number under the Forward column.
Anti-Spam – this column shows which of your mailboxes have anti-spam protection enabled. To enable the protection or modify the its level of protection, click on the shield icon () for the desired mailbox, under the Anti-Spam column.
Auto-Config – in case you would like to use a mail client like Outlook for certain email account, this is where you can directly download the auto configuration file, which will setup the mailbox in your mail client, once it is started on your computer.
Auto-Responder – it shows which of your mailboxes have autoresponder activated. To add or modify autoresponder message, click on the icon () for the desired mailbox, under the Auto Responder column.
Password – the email accounts passwords are not listed in the Email Manager due to security but you can change certain mailbox password when you click on the Edit Password icon ().
